That thing is a true freak, nature's biggest shot in the face to all us sportsman who think we have tabs on our locall herds, we don't. This awesome NT was never seen, as far as history knows, no sheds, and yet lived in the sub-urbs of St. louis County....What did he do that made him so undetectable? Survived I guess. My hat is off to the Monarch!!! Just like the "Hole in the horn", he died of a tragic collision. What would these bucks have scored if thier lives were not extinguised early???
Just something to chew on.

oh and dave, we are going to get the draw length and weight adjusted this week. i know what you mean, here in louisville ive seen 140 and 150 class deer just down the street from me. heck on our way downtown once i saw the largest deer ive ever seen, he was a 12 or 13 point typical in velvet. i'd say he was all over 180

Yea thats the vid of the big city buck. Both deer showed up dead like the next day. The typical scored 180 and the nontypical scored like 240's. The nontypical has to have a 200inch typical frame and its my dream buck. They had an episode of whitetail freaks last year and one of the guys had the sheds off of the nontypical from when he was 3 and he scored like 155 and blew up to 240's at 5 or 6. Haha so when I own my own land in Kansas or something down the road I'll think of that when I get a 150class 3yr old in my sights.
